The dj industry like any other indutry is full of many inexperienced
guys that don't really care about your event. I was speaking
with a photographer the other night and asked him if he referred any of
the larger dj services and he said he was just more comfortable sticking
with the smaller companies like mine because he knows each guy, it's easier
to keep track of the quality.
Consider the 150 events we did just last year alone as a testimony
to our professionalism. Other than one ad on the "Knot" and this site,
we do no other advertising. Our leads come from satisfied clients
and upper end wedding pros. Read some of our client
testimony! AND Think twice before you save
a few hundred bucks on your dj at the expense of your wedding.
Our clients never ever complain they paid too much for our services.
I have had people leave my home office and choose to go with another dj
service. I've never had a bride call me, after going elsewhere, to
complain about picking the wrong "one", as who'd really be comfortable doing
that anyhow? But I have heard thru the grapevine that their party
was lame. Do you want to save $300 (the usual difference between us
and them) to trash a 20, 30 or 40 thousand dollar event? Our corporate clients
call us year after year and pay top dollar for our services -- they pay
full rate. The reason... they won't risk
the small savings at the expense of the entire evening and
